About Hidden Jack

Last revised 28 September 2026

Where Hidden Jack comes from

Hidden Jack opened in October 2024. The idea started with a character: Jack, a cheerful figure in a green feathered hat who hides his treasure behind playing cards and spinning reels and leaves a trail of clues for anyone curious enough to follow it. His hat, a pint glass and a green shield make up our logo, and the dark lobby with orange buttons is meant to feel like a pub back room where a good game is always about to start.

Who runs the site

Hidden Jack is operated by a company registered in Costa Rica. We work as an international online casino and accept players from a number of countries, including the United Kingdom.

Our licensing position, plainly

Hidden Jack is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and is not part of GAMSTOP. We say so on our home page, in the footer and here, because we think you should know before you open an account rather than after. Choosing to play with us is your own decision. If you prefer to use only UKGC-licensed operators, that is a perfectly reasonable choice and we respect it.

Being outside GAMSTOP also means a GAMSTOP registration won’t stop you opening an account here. If you signed up to GAMSTOP because you wanted a break from gambling, please keep that promise to yourself on this site too. Our own self-exclusion, in your account settings, works the moment you confirm it.

What you’ll find here

The lobby holds more than 5,000 games from established studios: slots of every style, jackpots, Bonus Buy titles, table games and a live casino with real dealers. New players get a welcome pack over five deposits, and regular players have weekly cashback, Tuesday free spins, weekend reloads, tournaments, a daily Fortune Wheel and a loyalty programme of 177 levels.

The site is available in English, Dutch, French and Greek. The cashier works in pounds, euros and other currencies, and it takes cards, bank transfer and eleven payment options in total once the main cryptocurrencies are counted.

The games in more detail

Our catalogue comes from studios such as Betsoft, BGaming, Evoplay, Mascot Gaming, TaDa Gaming and Truelab, alongside smaller teams with a style of their own. Slots range from classic fruit machines to feature-packed video slots with cascading reels and free spin rounds. Table fans will find blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker variants, and the live casino streams real dealers from professional studios. Most slots can be tried in demo mode first, so you can learn how a game behaves before you play for real money.

Languages

Hidden Jack speaks English, Dutch, French and Greek. You can switch language at any time from the selector on the page, and your choice is remembered for your next visit. This UK edition is written in British English and shows amounts in pounds, so what you read matches what you see in the cashier.

How the site is organised

The lobby is the heart of the site, with search, a page for each game studio and a filter that shows which games count towards bonus wagering.
Tournaments, the Fortune Wheel and the loyalty programme each have their own page in the menu, so extras are easy to find.
Promotions lists every running offer with its terms written out in full.
The cashier handles deposits and withdrawals and shows the status of each payment.
Your profile holds verification, bonus history, limits and the safer play tools.
The footer links to the legal pages: house terms, your data, cookie controls and safer play.

Everything works in a mobile browser as well as on a computer, so you can pick up a game on the sofa where you left it on the laptop.

Who we welcome

Hidden Jack is for adults aged 18 and over. We allow one account per person, per household and per device, which keeps offers fair and shared homes protected. Before your first withdrawal we check your photo ID and a proof of address dated within the last three months. It is a single step, and afterwards payouts move quickly.

What we promise

Terms in full, up front. Every offer lists its wagering, time limit and maximum bet before you opt in.
Your money goes to you. Withdrawals only reach accounts and wallets in your own name, and a verified payout is usually approved in about 6.5 minutes.
Tools that work at once. Deposit limits, loss limits, time-outs and self-exclusion sit in your profile, and lowering a limit takes effect immediately.
A real answer. Live chat replies in minutes, email within 24 hours, and a formal complaint gets a full response within 14 days.
Fair games. Every title comes from an independent studio, and its rules and return to player are one tap away in the game’s information screen.
Care with your data. We collect what we need to run your account and never sell it to anyone.
No hidden fees. We charge nothing of our own on deposits or withdrawals.

These promises are not slogans. If you ever feel we have fallen short of one, tell us, and we will treat it as seriously as any formal complaint.

How we keep your account safe

Every page of Hidden Jack is served over an encrypted connection, from the login form to the cashier. Passwords are stored only as a hash, identity documents are kept apart from account data, and only our verification team can open them. Withdrawals go only to a card, account or wallet in your own name, which means a stranger who guesses a password still can’t send your winnings anywhere else. How we handle personal information is set out in full on your data.

What we’re still working on

We don’t offer PayPal or Apple Pay, card withdrawals take 1–3 working days because of bank processing, and there is no telephone line yet. We would rather be open about that than let you find out halfway through your first week.

Staying in touch

Questions, ideas or complaints are all welcome. The ways to reach us are on get in touch, and the rules of the house are on house terms. If gambling has stopped feeling like fun, our safer play page explains the tools and where to find free help in the UK.
